Format of the CWEC files

CWEC files use the WYEC2 format which is briefly summarized in the the table below. Note that some newer files may be in Year2000 compliant format, i.e. with 4 characters for the year instead of 2. All fields to the right of the year are therefore moved two characters to the right.
